#01. Branding
Challenge:
The project has been successfully developing for three years as a start-up. Then, a need in scaling arose, but there wasn’t a full understanding of company’s positioning, values and target audience.
Solution:
We developed a simple unified system of visual identification, as well as a new positioning for making brand recognizable, practical and easy-to-use on POS materials.
#02. Landing Page
Challenge:
The necessity of an “online package” for ITEA automated business franchise which provides core information about ITEA, franchise benefits, capabilities of the exclusive CRM-system.
Solution:
We built an effective funnel for collecting submissions for the purchase of ITEA automated business franchise. The landing has all the necessary information in the form of blocks with CTA and a detailed presentation available for downloading after leaving contact information.
#03. ITEA Frontend
Challenge:
The necessity to launch a new format of complex online training for the beginners in the Frontend direction. The main complexity was that people do not give credit to online courses and prefer offline education.
Solution:
We developed a landing which is focused on the new positioning that says that ITEA helps its customers to get the preferred profession and achieve their goals in the IT field. The program is updated permanently to correspond constantly changing market requirements.
#04. ITEA ERP
Challenge:
- The inconvenience of using different software for different tasks
- Inability to collect customers’ data on and work with it
- The necessity in a scheduling system that allows to schedule classes, assign lecturers, classrooms and technical resources
- The absence of an accounting report system, integrations with the website.
Solution:
The implemented CRM system automates work when dealing with clients, resource planning and reporting. It incorporates advanced client and resource management, extra flexible scheduling, powerful lead management module, and real-time analytics and reporting.

Web-resource that allows employers, job seekers and recruiters to find each other easily.
Challenge:
- Easy and fast way to find suitable job opportunities for job seekers
- A comfortable tool for recruiters to search and manage candidates
Solution:
For job seekers:
- solves the problem of selecting a template for a resume, minimizes the time for data filling
- allows to standardize a resume, and, thus, provides information to employers and recruiters in a convenient form.
For employers and recruiters:
- provides flexible searching settings
- offers a simple and clear template for compiling a company profile
- saves necessary contacts, customizes notifications about new suitable candidates.
#06. ITEA HUB
Creative space for IT and business ERP/CRM system developed specifically for management of coworking spaces and educational events that include master classes, workshops, lectures.
Challenge:
- Automate the daily processes in a coworking space and reduce human involvement in routine tasks
- Develop reporting system with instant access to key metrics
- Create an easy to use client management system
Solution:
- Developed a web-based system that combines ERP and CRM functions, integrates with client’s website, and includes powerful analytics.
- Make it possible to differentiate between workspace and event space rent as well as separate own events and events by third parties.
