National Bar Association of Ukraine
Professional online portal for lawyers and about lawyers.
The purpose is to track recent events, keep up-to date statutory documents, inform about assessed taxation. The portal can also be helpful for clients who are looking for a lawyer.
#01. Design
Challenge:
- create a stylish and simple interface, thought out in terms of UI / UX
- group information so that a lawyer and a simple user can quickly
- navigate and find the information they need
- create a simple interface for a lawyer’s personal account
Solution:
- creating a unique UI and UX from scratch
- testing on real users
- testing analysis
- improvement of UI and UX according to the identified shortcomings
- at the moment, the site has convenient navigation through all panels and more than 15,000 unique visits per day
#02. Web service
Challenge:
- the need for the official website of the National Bar Association of Ukraine with up-to-date information.
- the need for a personal lawyer’s office
- lack of a unified record keeping system for lawyers
- the need to pay annual fees, paid services and fees for assistants, pay for attendance at paid events
Solution:
- the new site covers all the activities of the association and its divisions. We also integrated a system of accounting for all lawyers in Ukraine, their activities, places of work and annual fees
- added the ability to register a lawyer’s personal account, a system for pre-moderation of sent data with status display at each stage of data processing
- adding the ability to pay annual fees, paid services and fees for assistants, pay for visiting paid events using Visa / Mastercard
#03. ERP
Challenge:
- the need to create a unified state register of lawyers in Ukraine
- the need for both the public part of the registry and the internal – administrative.

Solution:
- implementation of the public and administrative part of the Unified Register of Attorneys of Ukraine (ERAU)
- the public part shows confirmed official data about lawyers
- administrative part – entering and processing data, 2-stage confirmation of changed data
- generation of official extracts from the register of lawyers the entire history of changes for each step is recorded using the record versioning system.
